- 5 egg(s)
- 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cups of milk
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
- zest of lemon
Instructions

Make sure all ingredients are room-temperature

Beat eggs and sugar until frosty

Add cream and beat well.

Add milk and beat well.

Sift in flour, add salt, melted butter and zest.

Cover and let set for 1 hour in a warm place.

Preheat a well buttered skillet to medium-high.

Pour batter to create a very thin pancake, cook on both sides.

Add butter after each pancake for the next.
