Instructions

Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour 10×15 inch pan.
Mix

Mix all brownie ingredients together well.
Bake

Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Prepare frosting

Heat milk gently to a boil, stir in sugar and chocolate chips. Beat until creamy.
Spread over brownies. Makes 20 servings. Freezes well.
