Ingredients
Scale
- 2 1/2 lbs chunks of lamb meat
- 1 chopped rutabaga
- 4 peeled & chopped carrots
- 6 peeled & chopped potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- Black pepper (ground)
- Kosher Salt
- Water
Instructions
- Add meat to pot, covering with water.
- After boiling water, lower heat and simmer until meat is tender for approximately 1 hourย
- Add the remainder of the ingredients.ย
- Simmer for an extra 20 minutes.
