Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- salt and pepper – to taste
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- chow mein noodles
- pasta (optional)
Instructions

PreheatPreheat oven to 350°F (177°C)

BrownCook the beef, celery and onions until browned.

MixMix in the rest of the ingredients, except for the chow mein noodles.

Bake for 30-40 minutes – sprinkle the chow mein noodles on for the last 10 minutes of baking.

ServeCan be served over a plate of noodles or on it’s own.
