Lillian’s Raspberry Salad: A delightful blend of raspberry jello, raspberries, lemon juice, topped with a creamy goodness. A crowd-pleasing treat!
Ingredients

- 2 packages of raspberry Jello mix
- 2 cups of raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Topping
- 19 marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
Instructions

Dissolve jello into boiling water. Mix in lemon juice and raspberries. Chill overnight.

Chop marshmallows finely, mix in sour cream. Chill overnight.

Whip marshmallow and sour cream mixture and spread over jello mixture.
