- 1/3 cup of banana(s)
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3 egg(s)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups of water
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups of dates
Topping
- 1/3 cup of dates
- 1/3 cup of walnuts
- 1/3 cup of coconut
Instructions

PreheatPreheat oven to 350ยฐF (177ยฐC). Grease and flour pan.

BeatBeat together mashed banana and butter until creamy.

Add eggs, vanilla and water and beat well.

WhiskWhisk together dry ingredients, add to wet mixture a bit at a time.

FoldGently fold in dates until well mixed in.

PourPour batter into prepared pan, spread evenly.

Make toppingCombine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.

BakeBake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
