Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Mix the ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, egg, ยฝ cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combinedโbe careful not to overmix. - Shape the loaf:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan or form it into a loaf shape on the baking sheet. - Add the topping:
Spread an even layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. - Bake:
